All Self-Pay testing must be accompanied by a Medical Visit that varies in complexity from $99-$249

New Patient
FirstCall Medical Center is part of Centennial Medical Group and we are accepting New Patients to our practice for primary care services. If you would like to schedule a new primary care patient appointment, you may click here to request an appointment, and someone will reach out to help you schedule. We are requested to complete a new patient questionnaire and a registration form and bring it with them to their first visit. You can click here to complete your forms online. As well, you will need to bring your insurance card and a picture identification card. You can print out the New Patient Questionnaire and Registration form from this website or ask that it be mailed to you if you wish.
Holiday Closings
We’ll be closed for the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. We may have abbreviated hours on other holidays, please call ahead on other major holidays at 410-694-7999.
Inclement Weather
In the case of inclement weather please contact our office before coming to your appointment. We consider the safety of our patients and our staff, and evaluate the condition of the roads and the degree of icing of the parking lot before we decide on the hours that FirstCall Medical Center will be open each day. There is always a physician available by phone to care for emergencies even in the event of inclement weather.
Hospital Admissions
When necessary, patients of FirstCall Medical Center are admitted by the physicians of the practice to Howard County General Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, in Columbia, MD.
