Book Urgent Care
Healthcare Equality. Covered.
The Physicians, medical providers, and staff at First Call Urgent Care believe that every child and adult should have equal access to Healthcare including COVID-19 Testing and Vaccinations for eligible ages.
In an effort to address the racial and economic inequities and the underlying disproportionate negative effects of COVID-19 on this demographic, we commit ourselves to providing services that are easily accessible and available to all regardless of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, disability, familial status, socio-economic status, or national origin.
Equitable Access to Healthcare Services:
First Call Urgent Care is a very diverse healthcare system. We set a foundation for providing quality care to all. Staff members are well educated in diversity, inclusion, and health equity. Removing barriers and improving communication between providers and patients is one of the first and most critical steps to improving outcomes. Our compassionate team has strived to support our efforts to engage and reach patients of all backgrounds.
We have on-site staff that are fluent in several languages including Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, Igbo, and American Sign Language.
Affordable and Accessible Healthcare for all patients:
First Call Urgent Care accepts Medicare and Maryland Physicians Care. We also offer Mobile Services for COVID-19 testing and vaccination for all patients, including those who are uninsured.
We have aimed to make COVID-19 testing accessible to everyone, especially those in underserved areas or where transportation may be an issue. We have fully self-contained Mobile Units that deploy daily to numerous locations throughout Howard County and the State of Maryland. When you can’t travel to healthcare, healthcare travels to you!
