1. Get better knowledge of dehydration
Dehydration occurs because our bodies are made up of 65% water. When we dip under this our body needs more to maintain itself. Dehydration can happen very easily so you have to look out for the signs.
2. Know the signs of Dehydration
Mild dehydration signs are simple and can sometimes go undetected.

- slight headache

- loss of sight
- high pulse when sitting or standing

- nausea
3. Add water to your diet
If you don’t regularly drink water then you are at risk of dehydration. Incorporating water into your diet could help give you the edge you need on beating dehydration. Drinking water as soon as you wake up helps prep the body for the rest of the day. Specific types of fruits and veggies also have a lot of water in them as well.
